Nurse Residency ProgramEmpower Your Nursing Career at Nashville General Hospital
Jumpstart your journey in nursing with our 9-month Nurse Residency Program, designed for new graduates ready to transition into professional practice. Our comprehensive program offers a blend of classroom learning, hands-on experience with a preceptor, and monthly didactic sessions focusing on leadership, professional roles, and patient outcomes. Guided by our experienced Nursing Leadership and Preceptor Team, you'll develop essential skills in critical thinking, communication, and clinical judgment, ensuring you become a confident, competent member of the healthcare team. Immediate Openings
Immediate openings for our exclusive RN Pool team. Licensed RNs with at least one year of direct patient care experience can fill assignments in a variety of patient care settings, including Emergency Room, L&D, ICU, Med Surge and more.
