Kemberly Blackledge, DSc., FACHE
Dr. Blackledge has more than 20 years of experience guiding enterprises through transformational change, driving diversity, equity, inclusion, quality, and revenue growth. She is a strong consensus-builder who embraces diversity, thrives as a mentor/team developer, and believes that people are an organization’s greatest asset. She brings her deep and extensive knowledge of entire operations for hospitals and physician revenue management to Nashville General Hospital.
In her role, Blackledge is responsible for implementing strategies for cash acceleration, net revenue improvement, talent acquisition, workforce engagement, and effective business processes that outperform corporate targets.
Before joining Nashville General Hospital, Blackledge was a partner at Guidehouse, where she designed and executed operational change management for client accounts. She also served as Associate Vice President at Conifer Health Solutions.
Blackledge holds an Executive Doctor of Science (DSc) in Healthcare Leadership from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She earned her MBA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Communications from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Blackledge is a Fellow of The American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, and a Leadership Program Graduate of the Momentum Women’s Leadership Program.
She is a board member of the YWCA of Birmingham, AL, former board member of Momentum, Building Alabama Women Leaders, and former Healthcare Financial Management Association Chairperson. Dr. Blackledge is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
