Diana Wohlfahrt, MBA
Wohlfahrt joined Nashville General Hospital in 2008. Since joining Nashville General, Wohlfahrt has led her teams through multiple accomplishments, resulting in significant cost savings to the hospital. These include developing a work-related injury program and revising the pension program to a 401(a) for all new hired employees. Wohlfahrt also led the implementation of new HR systems and union negotiations.
Prior to her role at Nashville General, Wohlfahrt acted as a HR Consultant for Executive Recruitment at Vanderbilt University. Her responsibilities included recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and communications to a population of more than 22,000 employees. She was also responsible for facilitating the selection process for senior executive level positions.
Wohlfahrt earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Human Relations and Associate Degree in Sociology from Columbia State Community College, Columbia, Tennessee. She earned her MBA from Trevecca Nazarene University, Nashville, Tennessee.
