Sherry Patrick, PMHNP-BC

With nearly a decade of experience in psychiatric nursing, our newest provider has dedicated her career to caring for individuals and supporting mental health in our community. She began her journey as an Intake Coordinator, helping assess patient needs and guide care, and later advanced to Charge Nurse, leading teams and ensuring compassionate, high-quality care.

Her experience also includes working as a Floor Nurse, where she provided direct patient care and mentored new nurses and students along the way.

Now, as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), she is equipped to diagnose and treat mental health conditions for patients of all ages.

She is passionate about increasing access to care through telehealth and is committed to making a lasting impact by providing thoughtful, patient-centered care.
