Craig Ternovits, M.D.

Bio

Dr. Ternovits is a fellowship trained General Surgeon and has been practicing in the greater Nashville area since 2008. Raised in Chicago, he is a graduate of the Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine & Sciences. He completed his residency at Tulane University Medical Center and a minimally invasive surgery fellowship at the University of Tennessee Memphis. Dr. Ternovits has worked in both private practice and academics. He taught at Meharry Medical School for 10 years and was their Director of the General Surgery Clerkship. Dr. Ternovits is an avid swimmer. As the father of 2 girls, he enjoys scuba diving & traveling with his wife and daughters.
