Being Exceptional Every Day: Honoring BEE Award Winner

by Nashville General Hospital
BEE Award Winner: David Trammell, Emergency Department

“David is truly a joy to work with and an incredible example of what it means to care for others. He is always polite, respectful, and genuinely kind to everyone he encounters—patients and staff alike. His thoughtfulness shines through everything he does. If he sees a coworker carrying something, he’s the first to jump in and help, never hesitating for a moment. What stands out most about David is his protective and compassionate nature. When a patient becomes upset or raises their voice toward a female staff member, David is right there to make sure they’re safe and supported. His calm presence and caring attitude bring comfort to everyone around him. David comes to work each day with a smile on his face and a positive attitude that is truly contagious. He lifts others up, brightens even the toughest days, and makes our department a better place. David’s kindness, humility, and heart for others make him so deserving of being our next BEE Award winner”
