Bio

Dr. Thanawalla is a board-certified vascular interventional radiologist and a fellowship-trained body imager. He brings over 15 years of interventional radiology experience to Dynamic Radiology. Our radiologist earned a bachelor of medicine/bachelor of surgery at Grant Medical College in Bombay, India, and completed his residency at SUNY in Buffalo, NY. Following his studies, Dr. Thanawalla completed a fellowship in vascular intervention radiology at Willian Beaumont Hospital, a body imaging fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital, and a surgical internship at Nassau County Medical Center. His past work includes serving as the CMO at ER JJ Group of Hospitals, assistant lecturer and assistant professor at GMC and UMASS, and director of interventional radiology. Dr. Thanawalla is a diplomate of the American Board of Radiology and looks forward to serving our patients and medical partners through the best imaging solutions.
