Bio

Cat Nash, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in General Surgery at Nashville General Hospital. She has more than 13 years of experience in surgical care and currently serves as the Lead Surgical Physician Assistant. In addition to caring for patients throughout their surgical experience, she is passionate about improving surgical processes, patient education, and delivering efficient, patient-centered care.

Cat earned her undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Trevecca Nazarene University. She also serves as a clinical preceptor for physician assistant students and enjoys helping train the next generation of healthcare providers.

Outside of the hospital, Cat enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two young children, whether playing games at home or hiking with their family dog.
