Chief Ambulatory Services Officer

An experienced leader Bennett joined Nashville General Hospital from CAN Community Healthcare in Sarasota, Florida, where she served as Chief of Ambulatory Services. As an RN with an MBA, she has learned the keys to effective healthcare management, and she has spent a career delivering on these objectives - and balancing competing priorities to do so. As she has grown as a leader and learner, she has found ways to push the envelope and expand the vision of what her organizations can achieve.

Known as a strong communicator and trusted advisor, she has earned recognition by the CDC and The Joint Commission, as well as Western Michigan University as a member of the Outstanding Alumni Academy. Bennett earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan. She also holds a Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Health from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan and an Associates in Applied Science for Nursing from Lake Michigan College in Benton Harbor, Michigan. Bennett is also an Adjunct Faculty in the Interdisciplinary Health Sciences Program at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
