Chief Clinical Integration Officer and Interim Chief Ambulatory Services Officer

Tiffany Luckett joins Nashville General Hospital (NGH) as Chief Clinical IntegrationOfficer (CCIO). In her role, Tiffany is responsible for facilitating efforts to integrate, innovate,and standardize care delivery transitions across NGH’s continuum of care. She will help toexpand and grow NGH’s ability to manage population health. Tiffany will work closely withleadership to align multiple disciplines, sites of care, and team processes to identify andeliminate fragmentation throughout the NGH system.

With more than 25 years’ experience, Tiffany brings a wealth of expertise to the role of CCIO. She has experience in multiple care settings, including medical-surgical, critical care, peri-operative, long-term care, skilled nursing care, correctional medicine, and physicianpractice/ambulatory. She joins us after serving most recently as the Statewide Director ofNursing for Centurion and Patient Care Manager for Vanderbilt Medical Group. Tiffany alsospent time in a variety of leadership roles at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare system inMemphis, Tennessee, including Clinical Director for both Germantown Hospital and UniversityHospital. She holds both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Health ServicesAdministration from Mississippi College. Tiffany is also a charter member of the nursingorganization, Chi Eta Phi.
