The Nashville General Hospital Metro Employee Healthcare Incentive plan went into effect January 1, 2009. We are very excited to offer this service to YOU, your family and all other Metro employees and dependents.

The Metro Employee Healthcare Incentive Program at Nashville General Hospital and Meharry Medical Group allows Metro employees, dependents and pensioners, who participate in the Metro Benefits plan, access to high quality healthcare without incurring out-of-pocket expenses such as CIGNA co-insurance (stage 2 of HRA) or BlueCross/BlueShield copays and deductibles. If Medicare is the pensioner, employee or dependents' primary insurance, Federal law prohibits the utilization of the Metro Healthcare Incentive Program.
